Refund Policy

 

At ZenNest, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zennest.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

 

Sale items and opened personal care products are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
